Update the DQ Assistant version

By default, the add-in should always be up-to-date based on the Microsoft update cycles just after an Excel restart.

If you think your version might be outdated, based on the version number or our release-notes, you can manually trigger an update:

Option 1

Have the DQ Assistant open --> click "Support" and "About --> and click on the Version, e.g. v2.0.2.08... the add-in reloads.

Option 2

In the Add-in, click on the arrow-button (top right) and click "Reload".

Option 3

  1. Go to "Insert" > "My Add-Ins" > Select the DQ Assistant and click on the 3-dots "..." > Click "Remove"

  2. Restart Excel

  3. Go to "Insert" > "My Add-Ins" > "Store" > Search for "Data Quality Assistant" and re-add the add-in
