How to deal with 'Fixed value in formula range'?

What does "Fixed value in formula range" mean?

It means that there is a fixed value in a range (row or column) with otherwise formulas.

Example (for inconsistent formula range):

Row 23 has formulas in each cell except for cell AD 23, which includes a fixed value.

How to fix the error:

Adjust the formula type to the remaining part of the column/row (check the 'expected' suggestion by the DQ Assistant and click on "Fix" if you agree).
