How to deal with 'Format differences (e.g., European vs American dates)'?

Example:

In the column "Date" there is a formatting inconsistency between the overall European formatted dates and row 8, which is formatted as an English (Caribbean) date.

The correct date is 02.08.2022, not 08.02.2022.

How to fix:

Click on a different cell in the same column/row, select the format painter and click on the highlighted cell with the inconsistent value.

Alternatively, adjust the date type directly in the "Format cells" settings
